Opening Ceremony: IMPORTANT
The Opening Ceremony begins at approximately 7:15 am inside Fenway Park; runners/walkers are asked to be in their seats in their assigned section by 7:10am.
It will be important that you sit in your assigned seating area as this will ensure a smooth transition to Yawkey Way for the 3 Race Starts. Friends and family members are encouraged to attend the Opening Ceremony and can sit in nearby cheering sections in the stands at Fenway. The opening ceremony will be short and feature a couple of special guests, so we ask that you please make every effort to be inside Fenway Park and seated by 7:10 am.
GUESTS ARE WELCOME AT THE OPENING CEREMONIES. BRING AS MANY FAMILY AND FRIENDS AS YOU’D LIKE TO 100 YEAR OLD FENWAY PARK TO CHEER YOU ON AND ENJOY THE FUN ACTIVITIES!

as ballpark food later in the morning.

Please note the code is for onetime only use, so please look out for this email and SAVE IT FOR YOUR RECORDS. Additional Run/Walk photos taken by Capstone along the route and inside Fenway will also be available for purchase.
Parking: There is limited parking available near Fenway and NO free parking on the streets adjacent to the ballpark. For some paid parking suggestions and transportation options, please see www.runtohomebase.org. Please note: Streets around Fenway will close several hours before the run, so be sure to arrive early or you may experience delays.
Limited Number of Prepaid Parking Coupons: We will have PREPAID PARKING COUPONS available for sale at $10 each. The coupons will help avoid delays with cash transactions at the large Brookline Lot, which is next door to Boston Beer Works.
You can purchase the Prepaid Parking Coupons with CASH ONLY on Friday, May 3rd when you pick up your Runners/Walkers Bib. There are only a limited number of prepaid parking coupons – please plan to make alternative arrangements if we sell out. Traffic will likely be an issue after 6:15 am on Run day!
Other Parking: You can download a Fenway area Parking lot map on www.runtohomebase.org. Please plan for delays with road closings throughout the area and parking queues. Not all commercial lots may be open Sunday AM so contact the lot directly and confirm several days in advance.
Post-Run Meeting Spots: Participants usually won’t Run with their phones. So for those trying to find friends and family after the race, we have designated “Meet Up” areas in Fenway, arranged by Runners or Walkers FIRST INITIAL OF LAST NAME where your friends and families may find you. Review the ballpark map with “Meet Up” locations posted on www.runtohomebase.org and plan ahead with family and friends.
