How to Fundraise to Reach Home Base


Sign up to become a fundraiser!

Once you are signed up as a fundraiser, log in to your fundraising account to invite your friends and family to join the cause. Fundraising is the essential component of the Run to Home Base. It helps us in our mission to provide care for Post-9/11 Veterans, Service Members and their Families. 

 

Register today as a Home Base ALL-STAR to ensure even more Veterans get the help they need--and they have earned.

  • Participants who register as a Home Base All-Star and commit to raising at least $2,000 will receive following as a thank you for their exemplary fundraising efforts:
    • Limited edition Run to Home Base coin 
    • 2 tickets to the Red Sox vs. Toronto Blue Jays game on July 19th
    • 2 tickets to the Pre-Run Welcome Party 
    • 2 tickets to the Post-Run Appreciation Party 
    • Special recognition in the Program Guide
  • Participants who do not register as a Home Base All-Star, but fundraise over $2,000 by Thursday, July 6th will achieve “All-Star” status and receive the following as a thank you for their efforts:
    • 2 tickets to the Red Sox vs. Toronto Blue Jays game on July 19th
    • 2 tickets to the Pre-Run Welcome Party 
    • 2 tickets to the Post-Run Appreciation Party 
    • Recognition on runtohomebase.org

Fundraising Requirements

Minimum Fundraising Requirements must be met before July 6, 2017 at 12:00pm EST


Run to Home Base (9k) - Adults
  • Age Range 14 and over
  • Early Bird Fundraising Requirement (Registered by 12pm on February 13, 2017) - $500
  • General Fundraising Requirement (Registered between February 14 and July 15, 2017) - $750
Run/Walk to Home Base (5K) - Adults
  • Age Range 14 and over
  • Early Bird Fundraising Requirement (Registered by 12pm on February 13, 2017) - $500
  • General Fundraising Requirement (Registered between February 14 and July 15, 2017) - $750
Walk to Home Base (5K) - Child
  • Age Range 6 - 13
  • General Fundraising Requirement - $125
  • Be accompanied by an adult who commits to the minimum fundraising requirements.
  • Have parent or guardians written permission on the required waiver

 

Due to safety reasons, we regret that under no circumstances will children under 14 be allowed to enter the 9K Run portion of the event. Those 14 years old and over may participate in either the 9K Run or the 5K Run/Walk with the requirement that each participant 14 years and older meet the minimum fundraising/payment before 12:00pm ET on July 6, 2017.
